Spotted an anomaly during my recent visit to the Visitor Center at Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area. Library boxes (like the one pictured below) were moved along the coast, from lighthouse to lighthouse, by the U.S. Lighthouse Service during the late 1800s and early 1900s. You do have those Eagle eyes. I don’t think many people would have picked up on that. The lighthouse had a time traveler?

Well, to be honest, I only noticed it on my third visit this summer. So either it is a new addition to the library or I really wasn’t paying attention. I suppose time traveling would make more sense then George Lucas being really, really old. 😉
