On a whim yesterday I checked the ferry schedule for Dry Tortugas National Park. In an amazing stroke of luck, they had room for one more passenger so I booked my spot.

It was a trip I had originally scheduled years ago but bad weather prevented me from going. I had to get up before dawn to catch the boat this morning but it was definitely worth it!
