Oh dear, I remember going in the wrong door as a child, thinking it was the right door and then trying earnestly to place my life in the living room of the wrong door…finally deciding “they” were the wrong people, then finally going out and going in the right door into a living room of more wrong people. I like all the doors in the picture. I’d be sure to go in and out of different doors thinking each was the right one and maybe never finding out I was with the right people behind the wrong door. It’s complicated, our lives, and the doors.

I remember you telling that story! I don’t think we should ever stop opening doors. I am always so curious as to what is behind the next door. Of course, I feel just as strongly that some doors need to be shut firmly behind us.
