Thank you for your kind words, Polly. Actually, I snapped this photo at Sweetwater Wetlands in Tucson last month. Every evening large flocks of Red-winged and Yellow-headed Blackbirds fly in for the night. This group settled on the wires for one last look around before bed. It was NOT a quiet event.
