As with so many of the plants in my once barren yard, I was gifted these bulbs. When I planted them over a year ago I was told they were irises. Well, one of them finally just bloomed and lo and behold, it is a rather showy amaryllis!

I don’t really care what it is, I’m just glad it is doing so well. Certainly a cheery addition this Spring!
